I enjoyed this book very much. It not only taught me things I never knew but was also a great review of what I learned in school. A must read for those who want to know about the true American History.
This is a MUST READ for all Americans. It is the writings of our Founding Fathers about why the Constitution is written as it is and the dangers of straying from it.
The paperback book looks like new; never cracked open. No pencil marks, smudges or any sign of use. It looked like "new in box" without the box. The description was accurate and I am pleased with the purchase.
I am going to have to get another book-cast to fill with books from Amazon. But am very excited that I Own it. I haven't read the book yet. Thank you for being there when I want another book of history, or any other subject. I have told every one I know go to Amazon & order it, because it is a must for any library. This book may be boring to some, but I recommend picking this book up as it is the text that Hamiliton, Jay, and Madison wrote in favor of our Constitution. Each section describes the reasoning behind the outline and responsibilites of our federal government and the limited government they envisioned. A good book for political science students and/or American history buffs alike.I would like to get a copy of the "Anti-Federalist" papers which is obviously the argument against the Constitution, just to get the other side's perspective during the transitioning times from The Articles of Confederation to our Constitution.Nonetheless, I am glad the Founding Fathers ratified the Constitution, what are leaders are doing to the Consitution today is a crime.This book includes a copy of the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and Articles of Confederation
